Changing my review to 5 stars. Since they made it right by sending me the missing parts! I used the parts and assembled it. I used it for a trip to cali and back and it held up just fine!Old review:Very straightforward as far as instructions and assembly. However I was not sent the complete kit. I am missing 6x spacers, 8x 16mm screws, 3x 35mm screws, and the included allen wrench. Now I have to go to the hardware store and buy the missing parts. I would have asked that the missing parts be sent over for future use. But unfortunately I have to use this tomorrow and not have the luxury of waiting. But that said please send me the missing parts.Needed to come with lock nuts to go on last on attachment hardware. You can only hand tighten or it will just bend brackets. The fasteners will work loose in time without the lock nutsFirst I'd like to than Samantha. This review is not only the Roof Rack that I purchased, but the customer service I received. The Rack is good quality but I received it damaged by transport. The customer service was the best I have ever had. Samantha E. From ONEBIGOUTLET was amazing. The quality control is zero. While putting on the wind deflector I notice the frame was not flush. One frame was sticking out too far that the wind deflector could not sit flush. I basically have to cut and bend the frame to make it flush. Only time will tell if this thing is sturdy or worth the money.The install on this is not easy and really doesn’t line up well for how it is designed.I was hesitant due some bad reviews about broken parts. But after installing the reason those parts broke were due to installation errors. I Had this installed start to finish about 30 minutes. Feels very sturdy and looks really nice. Fit my Subaru Crosstrek perfectly. Highly recommend!! The instructions are not very clear but I was able to figure it out just fine.Again, great product for the price!! Looking forward to all the space it will save me on family tripsLove the rack, easy to install wish I would have ordered an extension to it!Wrong sized hex key was included in box. Not a big deal though. Very nice
