I received my item and was shocked with it! The bow was on the reverse side, my initial D' was backwards. I contacted the owner and they were so rude about it! She said "first of all why don't you turn the ribbon around." How about you make it right, I shouldn't have to remove the ribbon and use a glue gun to put it on right. I was appalled that they would even suggest that, they didn't apologize or offer to send me another one. It's a waste of money, do NOT order!!!! I don't know why Amazon let's people sell junk on their site!!!! All around bad business!!!!
